The report for August, 2009 is now available. Overall industry
volume for July, coming in at 8,933 units for the month, and
bringing the YTD volume to 77,657.77.
It's a product being marketed to 20 million seniors who own their own homes, holding about $2 trillion in equity. One thing for sure, the potential customers in the years ahead will be endless, since Americans life longer and the baby boomers
will be reaching age 62 in a few short years. The future demand for this product is going to be phenomenal.
