since 2002 and is authorized to process and complete reverse mortgage applications. The processing department is located in Fresno,
CA
with the underwriting and final approval being completed by one of HUD approved

George N. Paximadas/ President
George earned a degree in Business Administration (BA) at California State University, Fresno.
He holds a Real Estate Broker's License as well as a Life Insurance License.
During the last twelve years, George has worked exclusively as a Reverse Mortgage
Specialist. George continues to work as a Reverse Mortgage Specialist.
Yirong Lu / Vice President
Yirong earned her Bachelor's Degree from the Beijing Aerospace and
Aeronautics University. She currently holds a California Real Estate Broker's License and has completed classes qualifying her
as a loan processor. Yirong is the manager for the Loan Processing Department, which offers the best
service for all sales generated through the Corporation. She is also in charge of our
traditional Forward Mortgage Department.
